Welcome to Cloud POS System. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before starting your subscription.

1. Description of Service

Cloud POS System provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for multi-outlet retail and F&B management, including point-of-sale (POS), inventory control, financial reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM).

2. Subscription and Quotas

Access to Cloud POS System is provided based on subscription tiers. Each tier has specific quotas including but not limited to:

  • Maximum number of Outlets and Warehouses.
  • Maximum number of Products and SKUs.
  • Maximum number of Staff Accounts with login access.
  • Cloud storage limits for attachments and images.

Exceeding these quotas may require an immediate upgrade to a higher tier or additional volume addons.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the business data you input into Cloud POS System (including sales records, customer lists, and inventory data). We will not access your business data except for technical support, security audits, or as required by law.

Data Backup: While we perform automated daily backups, it is your responsibility to maintain your own records for accounting and tax purposes.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator credentials and staff POS PIN codes. Cloud POS System is not liable for any unauthorized access or financial losses resulting from compromised passwords or shared PINs.

5. Service Availability and SLA

We strive for 99.9% platform availability. However, planned maintenance will occur periodically. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, cloud infrastructure outages, or hardware compatibility issues.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. Prorated credits are applied for plan upgrades.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Suspension: Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date will result in temporary workspace suspension.
7. Prohibited Usage

Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer the platform, bypassing license restrictions, or using the service to process illegal transactions. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of the workspace without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

Cloud POS System reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the administrator dashboard or registered email address.
