• Business Data: Sales transactions, inventory records, customer lists, and staff data that you input into our platform used for providing you the POS service.

• Provide access to your dedicated multi-outlet dashboard.
• Process payments and maintain your subscription.
• Send system notifications (low stock, system updates, billing).
• Improve platform performance and user experience through anonymized analytics.

3. Data Isolation and Security

Tenant Isolation: Our architecture ensures that your business data is isolated from other tenants. We utilize separate database schemas or dedicated identifiers to prevent cross-account data leaks.

Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security protocols, including TLS encryption for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials like passwords and PINs.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We only share data with essential service providers necessary for our operations:

• Payment Processors: To handle subscription billing securely.
• Cloud Infrastructure: For hosting your data (e.g., AWS, Supabase, R2).
• WhatsApp Notification Services: To deliver OTPs and business alerts.

6. Data Retention

We retain your business data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination, we provide a grace period (typically 30 days) before permanently deleting your record from our primary databases and backups.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to manage your login session and dashboard preferences. No third-party tracking cookies for advertising are used within the POS administration areas.
